Room Reservation Procedures

In order to use a gathering space at one of our two church campuses,
we ask that you complete and submit our “Room Reservation Form.” 
Be sure to address the following details:

  • Requested by name and best way to contact you

  • Church Campus Requested

  • Date/Dates Requested

  • Time Requested (plan for set-up and clean-up)

  • Room(s) Requested

  • Set up/take down requirements (if none needed, please indicate “not required”)

  • Furniture/equipment requirements

Return the completed “Room Reservation Form” to the Rectory Office via mail, email, or drop-off.

Our Parish Office Staff will check the Church Calendars for availability.

Room Reservations are approved in the order they are received.

Our Parish Office Staff will confirm with the primary contact person on the “Room Reservation Form” the availability of the space requested.
