Please bring prepared baked goods to the Parish Center on Friday, November 17 between 2 - 6 PM. Include a slip of paper with your name, description of your baked goods, and any allergens, as labels will be prepared to identify items for shoppers. Someone will be available to check in your donations so please speak to a volunteer at the time you drop off your donations. Thank you!

Bake Sale

Donations of baked goods are needed for our annual Holiday Fair. We have many talented bakers in our parish and each year they bring delicious homemade baked goods for our very popular Holiday Fair Bake Sale. Please sign up to donate one or more items. Please bring them wrapped in clear plastic wrap and packaged for sale. Delivery time will be the day before the Holiday Fair. You will receive a call or email with detailed instructions about the drop off time and location.

Here are four easy ways to volunteer to donate baked goods:

  1. E-mail your intended baked good donations to SJBholidayfair@gmail.com.

  2. Call MaryAnne DiPasquale (860-529-2304) or Antonella DiBattisto (860-416-1440).

  3. Download, print and complete this form and drop it in the marked trays in either Church foyer.

Cookie Walk

We know that every baker has that one "special cookie" they take pride in baking. Now is the time to showcase your specialty by helping us to meet our goal of 400 pounds of cookies! Ethnic cookies are especially appreciated. Cookies are sold by the pound and we ask that you provide at least 4 to 5 dozen if possible. Delivery will be the day before the Holiday Fair. You will receive a call or email with detailed instructions about the drop off time and location.
